POLICY
NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. NO CANCELLATIONS. Store credit only. Items purchased from REDZ KLOSET are eligible for store credit within 7-day. Which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
A smaller number heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. If we detect an item is worn we will refuse the package and have it returned to you. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
SWIMWEAR, LEGGINGS, TIGHTS, STOCKINGS AND LINGERIE: May not be returned!

We do not issue return labels. Customers are responsible for all returns!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
