Shipping policy

Orders takes 1-3 days to process before they are shipped, if the items are available and not on pre-order (holidays & weekends are excluded). Please keep this in mind before ordering.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Orders typically take 2-4 business days to arrive. Inclement weather, distance from sender, or a variety of other unfortunate circumstances may result in delays. Please utilize your tracking information from the above carriers.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SENT OUT VIA USPS, UPS, AND DHL. SHIPPING TIMES DEPEND ON FINAL DESTINATION COUNTRY.

WE TRY OUR BEST TO MAKE SURE DUTIES ON OUR PRODUCTS REMAIN LOW- BUT IF YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL BUYER, SOME DUTIES AND TAXES (including VAT) MAY APPLY.  Redz Kloset is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
